Yoga and Wellness Studio. Providing Yoga with a specific family focus, proper prenatal and post natal instructors in place, so no matter who you are, you get a wonderful class! We also have belly dancing, kids hip hop and lots of other classes for individuals as well. We also have wellness rooms where we have RMT, Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Acupuncture, Naturopath, and many more! Our mandate: The studio was born with the intention of holding true to the foundations and traditions of yoga, while teaching them in ways that retain the beauty and elegance of the practice. In the end, it shows yoga's true immense relevance and value in today's hectic world.
What inspired you to become a Mom Entrepreneur?
I am very passionate about yoga and the benefits it provides. I saw through my teaching at other studios how misinformed so many were, so I decided to create a space where we could truly support one another.
What will the $22,000 grand prize of cash and business advisory services allow your business to do?
Finish off our third studio that will have a rope wall on it. This provides traction for the spine to safely create space in the spine. It can also be used for great core strengthening too.

I have been attending the prana yoga studio since it opened up in January! I have to thank Shannon for devoting her time in helping me stretch muscles, I did not even realize I had. I am a runner and I have spent part of my running life with massage therapists, and athletic therapists. This is the first time in my short running carear that I have not had an injury. Shannon is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had! Luv Ya Shannon!
